Delivery and FAQ

Where do you deliver? We deliver across South Wales including Newport, Cardiff, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Caerphilly and surrounding areas.

When will my box arrive? Your first box is delivered from 5-7 working days after your order. Ongoing monthly deliveries go out on the 20th of each month.

How do I cancel? Cancel anytime. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@bukkabites.com before the 15th of the month.

Can I change my box or add-ons? Yes — message us on WhatsApp by the 15th of the month.

Can I collect in-store? Yes — visit us in Newport and collect your monthly box at the same price.
